1. Return and Exchange Policy
Scope of application: Applicable to returns and exchanges within 12 hours for products damaged due to shipping errors or manufacturing defects.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Return/Exchange period: Within 7 days from the date of the return/exchange request.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags and labels intact.
- Only one return/exchange is allowed per product.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged: Products that are outside the return/exchange period and products that are not defective due to shipping or manufacturing errors.

- For undelivered goods: Customers can call the sales representative they are working with to arrange an exchange for a different item.
- For delivered goods:

*For defective products:
• When receiving the goods, please check if the product is the one you ordered, if it meets your requirements, and if it is the correct type. If the product is found to be defective due to the supplier, you can request a replacement, and the company will bear all costs.
• If the product is defective due to customer fault, the supplier is not responsible for replacing the product.
• If you want to exchange the product, you will incur additional costs and return shipping costs. The difference in cost between the exchanged product and the old product depends on the product and the agreement between the customer and the sales representative.

*For non-defective products:
If the customer does not like the product after delivery and wants to exchange it for another product, the customer must follow these regulations:
- The product must still be in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
- Check if the product is a custom-made item (ordered according to the customer's specifications).
