Shipping policy

1. Scope of Application:
Applicable to all provinces and cities nationwide.

2. Delivery and Receipt Time:
- Orders will be processed and delivered within 24 hours or according to the contract schedule.
- For customers in distant provinces, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days after order confirmation. However, the delivery date may vary depending on the product availability, weather conditions, etc.
- Delivery time is calculated from the completion of the order placement procedure with the consultant until the goods are received.
- For kitchen cabinet items requiring installation, we will provide on-site installation support free of charge.

*In case of delays in delivery or if the product is not delivered within 10 days, customers can cancel the order without incurring any costs.

3. Delivery Method:
- For customers in distant provinces: Using delivery services.
- For customers in the city/suburbs: Using delivery services.

* Allocation of responsibilities of merchants and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during delivery:
- The shipping company is responsible for providing goods documents during the delivery process.
- Pwh.vn is responsible for providing complete and accurate documents related to the goods to the logistics service provider and the recipient.
- All orders are packaged and sealed by Pwh.vn before shipment.
- The shipping company will only be responsible for transporting the goods according to the "original packaging" principle, providing a delivery note containing information such as: Recipient information (including: Recipient's name, phone number and address, product name). - The shipping company has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to state management agencies upon request.
- All packages will have the following information on the packaging: Recipient's name, phone number, and address.
- To ensure the safety of the goods, Pwh.vn will include a valid sales slip for the product in the package (if applicable). After the customer confirms receipt, Pwh.vn will issue an electronic invoice and send it to the customer's provided email address.
- The financial invoice or sales slip serves as a basis for handling complaints, such as determining the market value of the goods, ensuring the legitimate circulation of goods, etc.

4. Inspection Policy:

- Upon receiving the goods, customers have the right to request the delivery person to open the package for inspection before accepting the goods.
- If the delivered order does not match the ordered product, the customer has the right to return the goods and not pay.
- If the customer has already paid but the order is incorrect, the customer can request a refund or a new order as originally placed.
